At FarCamera, we are passionate about photography and want you to be completely in love with your new gear. We understand that buying pre-owned equipment requires trust, which is why we strive to make our return process as transparent and hassle-free as possible.

1. 7-Day "No Questions Asked" Returns

Did you change your mind? Is the focal length not quite what you expected? No problem.

  • The Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.

  • The Cost: For "change of mind" or personal preference returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The Condition: The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received, including all accessories (lens caps, batteries, straps, etc.).

2. Quality Guarantee & Damaged Items

We inspect every camera carefully, but we know that things can happen during transit or issues may occasionally be missed.

  • The Issue: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us immediately.

  • The Process: Simply send us a description of the issue along with photos or video proof.

  • The Solution: Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free pre-paid shipping label to return the item. You will receive a full refund or a replacement (if available) once we receive the package.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
